Late to school ? Some schools charge money for late coming to school. They use the school prefects to stop students which are a few minutes late ( even for one or two minutes late also ) and ask for money. Even it is a small amount only, I think it is not right, because the students don't earn any money yet and the educational effect is also doubtful. The better way could be the following, which could educate the student at the same time: Let the student write an good essay, article or similar. The subjects could be written on small pieces of paper and stored in a big box. Every student which comes late to school, takes one piece out and has then to deliver the essay or article to the teacher on the next day. Examples for essays / articles: How to save the fauna and flora in mother nature? How to reduce the road accidents ? What are the reasons for road accident? How to learn more? Useful good things only, of course! Is television useful for school children? Which are the positive and negative effects of television to school children? In this way the student could be educated and warned at the same way. |
