Tropical tree leaf

The full leaf has the size 55cm long and 45cm wide.

The leaf is rough like sandpaper. The leaf is from a 3 years old tree. Tree height is about 3 m . If the tree is grown up (after 15 to 20 years), the tree can reach a height of 30 m or more. What is the name of the tree?
