Sliced fried bananasRecipe for 4
persons You need the following ingredients :
4 pieces bananas, nearly ripe, but not fully ripe, which would be too soft;
cooking oil for filling up a pan; use a high pan;
1 cup full with white riceflour;
1 egg;
a quarter teaspoon or less eating-salt.
Cooking
procedure
Take off the banana skin . Cut each banana in 2 or 4
long slices.
Mix the flour with some water until the flour becomes
pasty or creamy. Then add the egg and mix it in also. Add a pinch of salt.
Heat up the cooking oil.
Dip the banana slices in the flourcream
and then put them into the hot cooking oil.
After a few minutes the
bananas turn into goldenbrown color. Take the bananas out from the oil,
let the oil drip off and serve the ready fried bananas on a
plate.
