Cooking recipe :

Cooking breakfast dishes with eggs and vegetable

Ingredients ( for 1 person ):
2 eggs,
1 small onion,
50 gram mixed vegetable, e.g. prepacked vegetable from the supermarket,
1 salad leaf,
a half tomato.

Heat up the pan on the stove and add some cooking oil to the frying-pan.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with the mixed vegetable.

Cut and fry the onion.

Put the scrambeled eggs into the frying-pan and fry it until the eggs turn slightly yellow and are no more yelly-type.

Take out the the eggs together with the vegetable from the frying-pan and serve it as it is or with bread.
